Background
 
Beginning
QIS Technology Pte Ltd, a management consultancy firm, was established in Singapore since 1992. We started off providing consultancy in ISO 9000 Quality Management System implementation as well as customized computerization projects especially for the manufacturing sector.
 

Expansion
We have since expanded our core strength into providing a much wider spectrum of consultancy services. We have grown to include ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, TS 16949, HSPM QC 80000, SA 8000, SER, T-CPAT, Risk Management, KOMO ( Finger Joint and Lamination ) Product Certification etc.
 
Systematic and Cost Effective

With our long association with the manufacturing sector and the understanding of constraints and difficulties to be operational effective, QIS has extended our consultancy into assisting some of our clients in their quests for Operational Excellence.

This includes conducting training in SWOT Analysis, Cost Analysis and Cost Reduction. As well as launching various in house operational excellence initiatives.

Tools such as 5S, Kaizen, SMED, Value Stream Mapping and other continuous improvements methodologies etc were customized, introduced and deployed.

Though these tools are essential to identify, analyze, improve, reduce and eliminate cost and achieve operational excellence. QIS stress more on the process of achieving the result.

As such, we also provide leadership and team building programs aimed at giving you, the key to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

We also realize and strongly believe that Simplicity is the key to success. By keeping processes / systems at their simplest form, non-value added processes will automatically be reduced hence achieving operational excellence.

These enable companies to achieve the recognitions they needed as a springboard to their respective international market.
